Döner Shack – Shift Manager

With restaurants opening nationwide, we are looking to add to our growing team and are currently recruiting for a Shift Manager in our brand-new Glasgow Silverburn location!

Your Role And Responsibilities:

Your role is simple, ‘Products, Service and Environment 100% to Brand Specifications, 100% of the time’. Why? To delight customers in a way that creates loyalty and drives repeat business and positive recommendations.

The perfect role to enter management and grow your skills under the guidance of your senior management team. As a Shift Manager, you will support and coach the rest of your team as they aim to master each area of the restaurant. Leading by example and quick to step in and help when your team needs you and above all else, aiming to ensure our customers are delighted and have the best possible experience each time they visit.

Building positive brand reputation

Coaching and training your team

Working alongside your managers to maintain an efficient operation

Working “hands-on” to support your team in all areas of the restaurant

Monitoring brand standards

Ensuring health and safety standards are always being adhered to

The Ideal Candidate Must:

• Be highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Be a great team player and motivator
• Have the belief that the details do matter
• Be passionate about hospitality

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in another great restaurant brand (Supervisory/Management experience is a bonus)
• Commercial kitchen and food handling experience (not essential but preferred)
• A “hands on” attitude
• Good I.T, numeracy, communication, and literacy skills
• Desire to learn new skills
