Job Description
- Providing an outstanding customer service
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances and creative ideas
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store
- Recover and replenish stock, so items are available to sell
- Processing transactions at the till point
- Inspiring our customers with spraying fragrances and providing demonstrations
- Efficient & effective open & close of store
- Carry out any reasonable tasks as requested by your Manager or Area Manager
- All the above to be carried out in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Effectively deal with customer issues
