Lookers Glasgow Polestar based at the Silverburn Shopping centre are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Polestar Retail Specialist/ Customer Service Assistant to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. You will work alongside our passionate team to provide Lookers customers a first class customer service experience.

Fun fact Mike had no moto-trade experience prior to working at Polestar and came from a high-end retail background!
The training is so well thought out with our personal training platforms, interactive webinars, and our buddy system that a person with absolutely no car knowledge can transition easily into the role.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.
You will dazzle our customers with your passion for the brand, and in-depth knowledge of our range of vehicles, guiding them through the specifications – remember this is not a sales site/role, this is an innovative space where we share our knowledge of the amazing vehicles with the potential customers!
You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
