Position:

As a Watch Manager at Chisholm Hunter’s flagship store, you will play a crucial supervisory role in driving high-value diamond sales and mentoring newer colleagues. You will support the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will play a crucial part in supporting the team, developing customer relationships, and maintaining the highest standards in line with Chisholm Hunter’s brand values.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive watch sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize your expertise to engage clients and provide personalised consultations.
  • Prioritise active management of the watch sales floor to maximise sales opportunities. Ensure diamond displays are well-maintained and clients are approached by the most appropriate team members
  • Conduct regular documented coaching sessions with newer team members to develop their skills and knowledge of watch sales.
  • Foster a team-selling environment to meet the best needs of the clients and celebrate successes.
  • Communicate store and individual performance metrics to the team in a timely manner. Act as a communication link between the store team and the Store Manager.
  • Lead by example by adhering to Chisholm Hunter’s operational standards and policies.
  • Assist the Store Manager in reviewing and analysing sales data to make informed proposals regarding stock and merchandising.
  • Provide exceptional customer care to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver excellent client experiences, maintaining and utilizing VIP lists in line with GDPR legislation.
  • Ensure merchandise security by complying with and enforcing all security systems and measures.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns within the store

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented.
