Build A Bear are looking to recruit a Sales Lead sales assistant for our Silverburn store. This is a permanent position subject to completing a 90 day probationary period. We are looking for strong communicators of all ages who have a dynamic personality ready to help create memorable bear making experiences for our guests. We are now looking for an applicant who will be recruited on a 20hr contract but this could be increased up to 40hrs per week as and when required. Therefore this requires any applicant to be fully flexible to be able to work 5 days from 7 if required. This position involves key-holding responsibilities, opening/closing duties, maintaining store standards and motivating the team while leading the sales floor. Any prior supervisory retail experience would be beneficial, however full training will be given with opportunity to progress through our career tracks program.
