Click & Collect 

Collect+ is available at the Guest Service Desk for collections and returns.  The service is available during Guest Service Desk opening times.

How it works 

Once you have purchased your order with your favourite retailer:

1. Select Collect+ as your delivery location (if available) and search for G53 6AG and choose Silverburn Shopping Centre.

2. Collect+ will text or email you to confirm that your delivery is ready to be picked up. Please have this confirmation ready to show the Guest Services team upon collection. 

3. Guests will be asked to show a physical ID upon collection. The following forms of identification are accepted: Drivers Licence, Bank Card, Young Scot, Buss Pass, Passport, or we can also accept a utility bill. 

If you are unable to collect your parcel, guests are able to collect a parcel on behalf of someone else as long as they have the matching ID to the parcel and collection code. 

Looking to return a parcel? Please come to our Guest Service desk with the parcel fully sealed. If you have a digital label, the team will happily print it off for you at the desk. A receipt is then emailed directly to you. 

Amazon Lockers 

Pick up your Amazon order at a time that’s convenient for you by using our Amazon Lockers, located beside H&M.

When your parcel arrives you’ll receive an email notification and a unique pick-up code. Simply enter this code to open the locker.
