Your Role And Responsibilities:
Your role is simple, ‘Products, Service and Environment 100% to Brand Specifications, 100% of the time’. Why? To delight customers in a way that creates loyalty and drives repeat business and positive recommendations.
Working alongside your General Manager, your responsibility is to ensure your Döner Shack location is performing to the best of its ability by developing and coaching a supershack team as they aim to master each area of the restaurant. Leading by example and quick to step in and help when your team needs you and above all else, aiming to ensure our customers are delighted and have the best possible experience each time they visit.
Building positive brand reputation
Recruiting, coaching, training, and developing your team
Working alongside your GM and Head Office to maintain an efficient operation
Working “hands-on” to support your team in all areas of the restaurant
Monitoring brand standards
Monitoring and achieving operational and financial KPIs
Finance and stock control
Ensuring health and safety standards are always being adhered to
