Looking for help or information? The Silverburn Guest Service Desk can help with your queries. Whether you’re looking for information on opening times, free wifi, parking facilities, family friendly services at Silverburn, accessibility information or a centre map to locate your favourite stores, you’ll find everything you need at the Guest Service Desk.

Opening Times 

Our Guest Services team are on hand to help out with your queries from 10am – 9pm Monday – Friday, 9am-7pm Saturday and 10am-6pm Sunday. Please note public holiday hours are 10am-7pm.  

Click & Collect  

Collect+ is available at the Guest Service Desk for collections and returns.  The service is available during Guest Service Desk opening times.

Gift Cards

You’ll also be able to purchase Silverburn Gift Cards here – the perfect gift for shopping lovers. Visit the desk today to enquire about the services available at Silverburn, and a member of our Guest Services Team will be happy to assist you. 

Shopmobility 

The Shopmobility service at Silverburn is available within level 0 of the multi-storey car park. For more details on our Shopmobility service and opening hours please see below.
