In honour of the Eurovision Song Contest, which should have been hosted in Ukraine this year, we’re thrilled to welcome Oksana Mavrodii and the Ukrainian Society for a musical performance at Silverburn on Saturday 13th May.

Oksana was born in Nikolaev Southern Ukraine and now lives in Glasgow. She is an opera singer and philanthropist who has sung in concerts all over Europe, from Bulgaria to the Shetland Islands!

She has been the deputy conductor of the Glasgow Male Philharmonic Choir since 2010 and enjoys singing contemporary music and chamber recitals.

Visit us on Saturday 13th May to hear Oksana perform along with the Ukrainian Society who will be singing, dancing and showing off their gymnastics skills. All in aid of raising money to support Ukrainian refugees.
