We’re looking for a Senior Team Leader with proven party experience to join our team at Fun Street

About the Role:

As a Senior team leader, you’ll be a hands-on team leader responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our soft play centre. A key part of the role is delivering and overseeing our busy party schedule – so confidence in hosting, engaging with children and parents, and managing time effectively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the team during shifts
• Lead and coordinate children’s birthday parties and group events
• Ensure every party runs to schedule and exceeds customer expectations
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Manage staff rotas, breaks, and general shift organisation
• Act as keyholder and support management when required

About You:

• Must have experience hosting or managing children’s parties or events
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience (in leisure, hospitality, or childcare)
• Confident, enthusiastic, and great with both kids and parents
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Able to lead by example and bring energy to the team
• Willing to work weekends, school holidays, and busy seasonal periods
• First Aid or Safeguarding qualifications (or willingness to train)
