Meet me for a matcha: Glasgow to get its first taste of Vyve

Vyve, a speciality coffee, matcha and açaí kiosk has opened at Silverburn, Scotland’s leading retail and leisure destination, marking the brand’s Scottish debut.

Vyve is an entirely new concept built around the idea that food-to-go can be both nourishing and genuinely enjoyable.

Silverburn guests can choose from açaí bowls, ceremonial-grade matcha, speciality coffee, protein shakes, yoghurt bowls and smoothies, each designed to support energy, recovery and overall wellbeing, alongside café favourites including cookies, brownies and pastries.

The kiosk is located outside Marks & Spencer and will operate daily.

Diarmuid Donohoe, general manager of Silverburn, said: “We’re always looking to offer our guests the best and most varied food and drink experiences, and Vyve is a brilliant addition to that mix with a menu that feels genuinely fresh and different.

“It is a testament to Silverburn’s popularity that we have been chosen as Vyve’s first Scottish destination and we’re sure it will be a hit with our visitors.”

The new cafe is expected to attract a broad mix of visitors, from gym-goers to weekday regulars looking for a better-for-you alternative.

Vyve is the latest in a strong run of new arrivals at Silverburn. Recent openings include H beauty, Oliver Bonas, Footasylum, Wingstop, Scotland’s first Kenji and Glasgow’s first Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Bershka, as well as competitive socialising venue King Pins. Global beauty brands Sephora UK and Space NK are also set to open this summer.
