Easter Terms and Conditions

This Competition is run by Silverburn (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families of Workman LLP, Eurofund, and associated companies, and those who work in Silverburn’s retail, food and leisure and service outlets.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Winner will receive a Silverburn Easter hamper consisting of a £100 Silverburn Gift Card, a £50 voucher from Stailinn Scottish Kitchen to be used before 20^th September 2024, a family ticket (2 x adults and 2 x kids) to the Fun Street Easter event (29th March to 31^st March), a family cinema pass (2 x adults and 2 x kids) for Cineworld, 1 (one) luxury Easter Egg from Marks and Spencer, 1 (one) Giant Whippy Dippy Bar from Marks and Spencer, 1 (one) Rituals Beauty Easter Egg, Gonk Easter Decoration from The Works, x5 40g Cadbury Creme Egg, 5x 31g Cadbury Oreo Eggs, 200g Lindt Gold Bunny, and 212g Maltesers Easter Mix.
4. The competition closes at 11pm on Tuesday 26^th March.
5. Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
6. Winner will be chosen from all valid entries and will be informed by email.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. No cash alternative will be offered, and all prizes are non-transferable.
9. Winner’s name and photograph may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner may be announced on Silverburn’s website and social media pages.
10. Final decision by Silverburn management and no correspondence will be entered in to.
11. The winner will be required to collect the prize from Silverburn, as arranged with Silverburn’s guest services.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without liability to any entrants or third parties.
13. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
