This Competition is run by Silverburn (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families of Workman LLP, Eurofund, Barrhead Travel and associated companies, and those who work in Silverburn’s retail, food and leisure and service outlets.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. One winner will receive a Barrhead Travel Voucher to the value of £2000.
4. The prize is only valid at Barrhead Travel Silverburn
5. The competition closes at 11pm on Sunday 24^th August 2025,  the winner will be contacted via email from marketing@shopsilverburn.com or guestservices@shopsilverburn.com within 7 days of the closing date.
6. Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be informed via email from marketing@shopsilverburn.com or guestservices@shopsilverburn.com, within 7 days of the closing date. Winner must respond within 28 days to claim their prize, otherwise the promoter reserves the right redraw and award the prize to another valid entrant. 
9. No cash alternative will be offered, and all prizes are non-transferable.
10. Winners’ names and photographs may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner may be announced on Silverburn’s website and social media pages.
11. Final decision by Silverburn management and no correspondence will be entered in to.
12. The winner will be required to collect their prize from Barrhead Travel at Silverburn, by arrangement with the management team and Barrhead Travel.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without liability to any entrants or third parties.

17. The voucher is valid against holidays booked from selected ABTA tour operators and must be booked in-store at Barrhead Travel, Silverburn.
18. Tour operator discounts, free child places and special offers still apply. 
19. All holidays are subject to availability & terms and conditions of the relevant tour operators and all other service providers apply. 
20. Barrhead Travel cannot be held responsible for any delays, operational issues or incorrect descriptions by tour operators. 
21. This voucher cannot be used towards the purchase of foreign currency. 
22. The value of this voucher is only covered by Barrhead Travel’s financial protection scheme, after it has been redeemed against a holiday. 
23. The cash value of this voucher is £2000 
24. Voucher must be redeemed before 31 December 2025.
25. This voucher must be redeemed in-store at Barrhead Travel, Silverburn. 
26. Voucher is not redeemable online. 
27. Voucher must be presented at the time of booking.
28. Vouchers are non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
29. The value of this voucher will be deducted from your final balance payment.
30. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
