How long is my Gift Card valid for?
Both your Gift Card and the balance loaded onto it will expire twelve (12) months after the Card’s purchase date. On that date, the Card will cease to function and may not be used as a method of payment.
The expiration date can be found on the reverse of your card and on the website https://silverburn.giftify.me/en_US/. You can also check it at our Guest Services Desk opposite JD Sports. Once your Gift Card has expired, the remaining funds cannot be used. You will not be entitled to any refund of your card balance.
Checking the balance of your Gift Card
To check the available balance on your card or to review your transactions visit https://silverburn.giftify.me/en_US/ or scan the QR code on your gift card.
Where you can use your Gift Card
Your Silverburn Gift Card is accepted in all stores and restaurants at Silverburn with the exception of Pure Gym, McDonalds, Hays Travel, Kiddie Boutique and Tesco. Your gift card cannot be used online or in any stores or outlets that are not located in Silverburn,
Please check with the individual store or restaurant if they accept your gift card before you purchase.
Refunds to your Gift Card
When refunding an item purchased on a gift card, the money must be transferred back onto the original gift card. This may take 3-4 working days for the money to be transferred back onto the gift card.
