Bread Meats Bread is part of an award winning, local and independently owned restaurant group with restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

We are looking to immediately hire a GENERAL MANAGER with suitable experience in very busy restaurant environments for-

Bread Meats Bread, SILVERBURN SHOPPING CENTRE GLASGOW

We are looking for driven individuals with exceptional customer service and people management skills.

Roles and responsibilities include-

• Opening and closing procedures including cash up
• Hands on shift and labour management (rota ready)
• Stock ordering/ processing and control (Procure wizard)
• Training and development of FOH staff and management team
• Management of FOH and kitchen teams
• Key holder responsibilities
• Working approximately 40-46 hours a week, over 5 days
• Rotas, sales forecasts and weekly reporting to operations team.
• Adhering to health and safety, HACCP and company policies.

Starting rate of pay, £14.25 per hour to be discussed at interview plus approximately £2.50- £3.50 per hour in tips, paid fortnightly.
