Job Description

To act as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports in achieving personal goals and exceeding store targets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that follows the customer through their journey within the store
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Provide the brand bra fit experience, ensuring the customers need are met and additional products are suggested where appropriate
• Participate in sales targets with management and tracking performance towards the set goals
• Understand and execute store merchandising standards, recovering and replenishing stock where needed
• Operate the till system ensuring all customer transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and services levels are maintained throughout
• Play an active role in loss prevention within the store, identify and notifying management of any stock that may be fault and/or have gone missing
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
• Participate in training programmes and engage with in store initiatives

Skills and Experience

• A passion for customer service and an enthusiasm for creating a personal experience for each and every customer
• A great communicator who is always looking for ways to help customers and other team members
• Calm and efficient approach to supporting customers, especially during busy periods
• Goal oriented with a passion for working towards, achieving and exceeding targets
• A team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive working environment for all team members
• Excited by change and a varied and fast-paced work environment
• An openness for learning new things and developing service skills, product knowledge and behaviours in an ever changing retail environment
