Competition Terms & Conditions
This Competition is run by Silverburn (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1.This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families of Workman LLP, Eurofund, ©Bandicoot Scotland Limited, and associated companies, and those who work in Silverburn’s retail, food, leisure, and service outlets.
2. The Promoter and all entrants acknowledge that ITV Plc, ©Bandicoot Scotland Ltd, Facebook, X, TikTok, and Instagram are in no way responsible for the administration or execution of this competition and this competition is not sponsored or endorsed by ITV Plc, ©Bandicoot Scotland Ltd, Facebook, X, TikTok or Instagram.
3. Entrants will enter the competition by submitting their answer to the competition anagram via the online form located here www.shopsilverburn.com/masked-singer-exhibit. Entrants must also provide their contact details as specified in the form.
4. Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be discarded. All entries submitted, no matter the channel, will have equal chance at winning the prize(s).
5. There will be one prize winner, who will receive:
- courtesy of Bandicoot Scotland Ltd, two tickets to the live recording of one (1) episode of the 6th season of The Masked Singer® UK, being filmed at ITV Studios, Bovingdon Airfield, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 0NP. Filming dates are to be confirmed but will be during September or October 2024.
- a £1,000 cash prize, courtesy of Silverburn, to cover travel and accommodation costs for the above.
The Masked Singer® tickets will be issued to the winner by email via Lost In TV, the audience handling company for ©Bandicoot Scotland Ltd. The cash prize will be issued by Silverburn to the winner’s nominated bank account, by bank transfer.
6. The winner will be responsible for arranging their own, and their chosen guest’s, travel and accommodation to attend the filming. All travel and accommodation bookings in relation to this prize will be strictly between the winner and their chosen booking provider/s and neither the Promoter nor ©Bandicoot Scotland Ltd shall accept any responsibility.
7. Recordings are strictly confidential. The winner (and their guest) will be required to sign a release form, at the filming location, on the day of recording. No Information or images from the production or its participants of any type may be shared or disclosed in any manner including verbally or on social media. This includes the outcome or content of any filmed segment.
8.The guest accompanying the prize winner must be over 8 years old and must be 12 or over to stay for the reveal section of the show.
9. The Promoter and ©Bandicoot Scotland Ltd will not be liable for any associated costs should the winner fail to attend The Masked Singer® recording for any reason.
10. The competition will run from Thursday 1st February 2024 until 11pm (GMT) on Sunday 25th February 2024.
11. Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
12. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be informed by email by Tuesday 27th February. The winner has two weeks to respond, after which the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner.
13. No purchase necessary.
14. No cash alternative (in whole or part) will be offered and all prizes are non-transferable.
15.Winner’s name and photographs may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner may be announced on Silverburn’s website and social media pages.
16. Final decision by Silverburn management and no correspondence will be entered in to.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without a liability to any entrants or third parties.
18. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. The “Promoter” of this free prize draw is Silverburn Shopping Centre, Barrhead Road, Glasgow G53 6AG.

By entering this competition, you agree that any personal data provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Silverburn to administer the competition.

22. If the competition entrant accesses and enters the competition through a social networking site (including without limitation Facebook and X), the entrant agrees to also comply with such site’s terms of use and privacy policy.”
