This limited-edition drink is a perfect blend of nostalgic flavours and modern coffee culture, offering the taste of Pancake Day in every sip. Available exclusively at Black Sheep Coffee from 11th February to 4th March, you can enjoy it hot or iced during its short-but-sweet run.

Made with a double shot of Black Sheep’s 100% Robusta speciality coffee, the Pancake Syrup Latte combines Lyle’s iconic Golden Syrup, velvety steamed milk, freshly whipped cream, and a decadent drizzle of golden syrup. The result? A rich, indulgent coffee that channels the comforting flavours of a classic pancake stack, without the flipping.
