This February, Wagamama is serving up something special. With “when… opposites attract” at the heart of the menu, its latest limited-edition dishes celebrate bold food fusion, bringing together comforting flavours and global influences with an unexpected twist. Even better? They’re both completely vegan.
Meet Udonara – part Asian, part Italian, and full of flavour. This indulgent dish features thick udon noodles tossed in a rich and creamy sauce, finished with crispy vegan bacon, king oyster mushrooms and coriander cress. Thick, saucy and lightly smoky, it’s a combination that surprises in all the right ways.
Meanwhile, Tacomama is a playful fusion of gyoza and taco with a crisp texture and soft flavour-packed centre. Crispy open gyoza skins filled with teriyaki mushrooms, Korean-style spicy sweet potato mash, mixed leaves and vegan mayo, and finished with vibrant pomegranate seeds. The perfect balance of crunch, heat and sweetness.
