Silverburn chosen as first Scottish destination for wellness-led food and drink brand, Vyve

Scotland’s leading retail and leisure destination, Silverburn, is set to welcome Vyve, a speciality coffee, matcha and açaí kiosk making its Scottish debut at the centre this month.

Vyve is an entirely new concept designed to bring a modern, balanced approach to food, built around the simple idea that food-to-go can be both nourishing and genuinely enjoyable.

Silverburn guests will have the chance to try the menu of curated on-trend products including açaí bowls, ceremonial-grade matcha, speciality coffee, protein shakes, yoghurt bowls and functional smoothies, each designed to support energy, recovery and overall wellbeing. Alongside this, familiar café favourites such as cookies, brownies, pastries and other treats will also be available.

Diarmuid Donohoe, general manager of Silverburn, said: “Silverburn is the perfect first location in Scotland for Vyve, we have a strong track record of being an early home for brands as they grow across the UK, and we’re proud that Vyve has chosen us for making their Scottish debut.

“Vyve’s menu taps into how people are genuinely thinking about food and drink right now, the clean, considered aesthetic is a great fit for Silverburn and is sure to be popular with our guests.”

Marketing Director Abigail Hylton for Vyve said: We’re about balance. We’ve created a brand where customers can choose something functional and nourishing, or something more indulgent, without compromise.

“Everything on the menu has been designed to taste great, feel good, and fit into real, everyday lifestyles.”

Vyve’s Silverburn location has been designed with a clean, minimal aesthetic, reflecting the brand’s focus on simplicity, quality and a modern retail experience.

The new cafe is expected to attract a broad mix of visitors, from gym-goers and weekday regulars to casual shoppers looking for a better-for-you alternative.

Vyve joins a strong run of new arrivals at Silverburn. Recent openings include H beauty, Oliver Bonas, Footasylum, Wingstop, Scotland’s first Kenji and Glasgow’s first Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Bershka, as well as competitive socialising venue King Pins. Global beauty brands Sephora UK and Space NK are also set to open this summer.
