Silverburn Gift Cards that expire before 01/02/25 are teal coloured with white text (as pictured). These cards were issued by EML and are referred to below as the EML Gift Card.

How long is my EML Gift Card valid for?

Both your Gift Card and the balance loaded onto it will expire twelve (12) months after the Card’s purchase date. On that date, the Card will cease to function and may not be used as a method of payment.

The expiration date can be found on the reverse of your card and on the website https://getmybalance.com/. You can also check it at our Guest Services Desk opposite JD Sports. Once your Gift Card has expired, the remaining funds cannot be used. You will not be entitled to any refund of your card balance.

Checking the balance of your EML Gift Card

You can check the balance on your EML Gift Card any time by visiting Get My Balance. You will need to have your gift card number and security code ready.

Where you can use your EML Gift Card

EML Gift Cards are accepted in all stores and restaurants at Silverburn with the exception of Pure Gym, McDonalds, Hays Travel, Heavenly Desserts, Kiddie Boutique and Tesco. Your gift card cannot be used online or in any stores or outlets that are not located in Silverburn,

EML Gift Card queries

For gift card queries, please call the EML Gift Card Support number which you will find on the back of your gift card or email EML at cardsupport@emlpayments.com

If you have a virtual gift card you can find the contact number in the footer of the web page where you check your balance.

Refunds to your EML Gift Card

When refunding an item purchased on a gift card, the money must be transferred back onto the original gift card. This may take 3-4 working days for the money to be transferred back onto the gift card.
