This Competition is run by Silverburn (“Promoter”). By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
- This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over but excludes any employees and immediate families of Workman LLP, Eurofund, and associated companies, and those who work in Silverburn’s retail, food and leisure and service outlets.
- Only one entry per person.
- Winner will receive one family ticket for Spooktacular 2023
- The competition closes on Thursday 5th October at 11pm
- Entries received after the closing date will be invalid.
- Winners will be chosen from all valid entries and will be informed by email.
- No purchase necessary.
- No cash alternative will be offered, and all prizes are non-transferable.
- Winners’ names and photographs may be used in promotional activity. Once notified, the winner may be announced on Silverburn’s website and social media pages.
- Final decision by Silverburn management and no correspondence will be entered in to.
- The winner will be required to collect the prize from Silverburn, as arranged with Silverburn’s guest services.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, without a liability to any entrants or third parties.
